This year it decided to embark with <strong>STEP<\/strong> on a journey to reduce emissions, starting with the Berlingo production plant in Brescia, Italy.<\/p><p>The path, aimed at reducing the plant&#8217;s emissions, led us to:<\/p><ol><li><strong>Mapping plant emissions and identifying priorities for action<\/strong>, providing Il Pastaio with a snapshot of processes and impacts on which to build sustainable innovation projects.<\/li><li><strong>Select a mix of technology solutions on the market<\/strong>, from the areas of renewables, energy efficiency, circular economy and automation, to ensure improved impact and competitiveness.
