Position Description:<\/strong><\/p>

We are looking for a Marketing & Communication Expert<\/strong> with at least 3 -5 years of experience, with a strong passion for sustainability and innovation.<\/strong> The person will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategy, helping to strengthen brand awareness and engagement with our target audience.<\/p>

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>

  • Defining and implementing digital marketing strategy in line with business objectives.<\/li>
  • Content creation and management for website, blog and social media (especially LinkedIn), with a focus on sustainability and innovation issues.<\/li>
  • Planning and development of email marketing campaigns and automations for lead generation.<\/li>
  • STEP event design and planning to improve brand awareness and promote STEP services.<\/li>
  • Management and optimization of advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) to increase visibility and lead generation.<\/li>
  • Monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing activities, with periodic reports and optimizations based on data and KPIs.<\/li>
  • SEO & SEM strategy: optimizing content for search engines and managing paid campaigns.<\/li>
  • Collaboration with the business development team to align marketing strategies with market needs and operational support in lead scouting.<\/li>
  • Managing strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand the company’s visibility in the industry.<\/li><\/ul>

    Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>

    • Experience of at least 3 – 5 years in marketing in B2B, startup and sustainability and innovation contexts.<\/li>
    • Strong results orientation and ability to work independently.<\/li>
    • Passion for environmental sustainability and technological innovation.<\/li>
    • Advanced skills in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, ADV management and email marketing.<\/li>
    • Experience in managing online advertising campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads.<\/li>
    • Excellent knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).<\/li>
    • Analytical skills to monitor and optimize campaign performance.<\/li>
    • Experience in copywriting and storytelling to create high-impact content.<\/li>
    • Basic knowledge of graphics tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) for creating visual content is a plus.<\/li><\/ul>
